De functie

  • Managing the accounting, entering financial transactions, and checking financial data

  • Processing project-related purchases and invoicing customers using our in-house software

  • Responsible for accounts receivable and customer claims

  • Managing ongoing delivery and rental contracts, as well as direct debits

  • Administering KMO portfolio

  • Handling guarantees, follow-ups, and arranging refunds

  • Preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and work-in-progress reports

  • Analyzing financial data and trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to management

  • Creating and managing budgets and financial forecasts

  • Conducting internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial processes

  • Preparing and filing tax returns and other statutory reports

  • Advising management on financial decisions and strategies to improve the company’s financial health

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding financial reporting and taxation

Jouw profiel

  • You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field

  • You have prior experience (minimum of 3 years), preferably in PC 200 and 124 sectors, where you worked as an accountant. This is the minimum; more experience is certainly welcome!

  • You have strong communication skills and can communicate accurately both verbally and in writing in Dutch

  • You are proficient with accounting programs, new office software, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of accounting software like BOB or Exact Online is a plus
